Timo Häckel from HAW Hamburg attended the VTC2019-Spring in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he presented his talk on “Software-Defined Networks to Support Time-Sensitive Vehicle Communication”. The full paper can be found in our publications or on arxiv. The conference gave many insights into connected and autonomous cars as well as vehicular communications.
